  1. Place Broccoli Sushi Wrap shiny side down on rolling mat.
  2. Press in rice leaving a 1-inch border at top.
  3. Sprinkle with pink peppercorns.
  4. Spread a thin wipe of cheese down center of wrap, horizontally.
  5. Lay in spinach over cheese.
  6. Lay in onions over spinach.
  7. Lay in steak over onions.
  8. Roll and cut into 8 even pieces and serve with Jalapeno Soy Sauce.


Jalapeno Soy Sauce

  1. Infuse all ingredients overnight- or longer for more heat. Strain before using.


Main Ingredients
½ cup perfect sushi rice, prepared
1 Broccoli Sushi Wrap
2 ounces skirt steak, grilled medium rare, sliced ¼” x 4" strips
2 teaspoons Cambazola or Saga blue cheese
½ cup baby spinach, chopped
¼ red onion, sliced wafer thin
1 Tablespoon pink peppercorns, husked

Jalapeno Soy Sauce Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, slice in thin rounds.
