  1. Lay Red Bell Pepper Sushi Wrap shiny side down on bamboo rolling mat.
  2. Lay in rice, spread pepper jelly across middle, then cheese, nuts, radish, tomatoes, arugula, apple, sprouts.
  3. Roll and cut into 8 pieces. Top with fried onions crumbles or pepper jelly and serve with Citrus Soy Sauce.


Citrus Soy Sauce (yields: approx 2 cups)

  1. Combine all ingredients.


Main Ingredients
½ cup short grain brown rice, (prepared the same as Perfect sushi rice)
1 teaspoon hot pepper jelly
3 ounces sharp white cheddar cheese
2 ounces hazelnuts, toasted, salted and rough chopped
2 ounces bread n’ butter pickles, rough chopped  
2 ounces baby arugula
2 ounces green apple, cut into 4 x ?” sticks
2 ounce cherry tomato, chopped
2 ounces daikon sprouts
2 ounces prepared fried onions (optional)
1 Red Bell Pepper Sushi Wrap

Citrus Soy Sauce Ingredients
1 cup Soy sauce
2 Tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
